Materials/Construction
The playhouse is built of 12mm tongue and groove shiplap timber cladding on 34 x 34mm framing. Both roof and floor are 12mm OSB solid sheet, the roof finished in roofing felt. The windows are styrene glazed for safety.
The platform comprises 70 x 70mm timber legs with a 70 x 44mm frame. The deck is constructed of 19mm deck boarding.
Dimensions
Overall size of the Bunny wooden platform playhouse is 4'x6'. The playhouse itself measures 4'x4' with a roof height of 3'9'' rising to 5'1'' and a door opening of 1'8''x3'3''.
Finish/Treatment
The Playhouse comes pre treated with a honey brown finish. It is strongly recommended that a final decorative finish is applied within 3 months following assembly and maintained at regular intervals thereafter. The illustrated example has been finished in an attractive pale blue with white trim.
Delivery/Assembly
The Bunny is delivered in a flat pack ready for assembly by the purchaser. All instructions and required fixings are included.

Our Verdict
We think the Bunny is an ideal platform playhouse for the younger child. The playhouse gives a good amount of play space while the platform, with its safety balustrade and ladder, provides all the excitement and novelty of a raised play area at a height which, with properly supervised play, shouldn't cause too many palpitations.
Build quality is fairly simple but reasonable at the price and if it suits your budget we don't think the Bunny is a bad option at all if you're looking for a compact platform playhouse.
