Style and Design
An attractive, quality wooden playhouse for your garden available in two sizes and a number of options. The Snowdrop features a spacious and, thanks to its 5 Georgian style windows, bright interior with a mock chimney and hipped roof externally and is sure to delight any child. Its quality construction and value for money price make it definitely one to consider if you're looking for a wooden playhouse of this size.
The playhouse is built to full joinery standards in quality 12mm redwood shiplap tongue and groove cladding with robust 34 x 44mm framing. The windows are acrylic glazed for safety and the door mounted on antique style hinges with an adjustable catch. As standard the roof is covered in roofing felt.
The Snowdrop is available in two sizes; 6' x 4' and 7' x 5'. The eaves height is 4'4'' rising to 5'4'' at the highest point of the roof. The single door opening measures up at 3'10'' x 1'9'' while the windows are 1'6'' square.
The playhouse is pre treated with a water based dip treatment prior to delivery. A final preservative/decorative finish should be applied at the time of erection and maintained on a regular basis throughout the life of the playhouse.
An installation option is available along with 15 and 18mm cladding options for additional strength and durability.
The Snowdrop wooden playhouse is delivered in easy to assemble form for construction by the purchaser. No special tools are required.

Not to be confused with the Honeypot Snowdrop Cottage, the Snowdrop single storey wooden playhouse is an accommodating single storey wooden playhouse with a somewhat unique design. There are plenty of windows, five in all, not only ensuring a bright interior but making supervision of play that much easier. We like the nice touches such as the mock chimney and hipped roof which we think make the Snowdrop more like a "real house" for children and also the choice of sizes which gives options when it comes to deciding which model to choose.
The quality even of the basic model looks good and if you choose one of the cladding upgrades you should end up with a wooden playhouse which will stand the roughest of treatments and, properly maintained, last many years.
